# Terms of Service

## 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TV Labs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

## 2\. Description of Service

TV Labs provides a cloud-based Smart TV testing platform that allows users to remotely access and test applications on various Smart TV devices. The service includes device access, automation tools, and analytics features.

## 3\. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

-   Provide accurate and complete registration information
-   Maintain the security of your account credentials
-   Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
-   Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

## 4\. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the TV Labs platform are owned by TV Labs Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

## 5\. Limitation of Liability

TV Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
